Hmmm… I wonder

What becomes possible when
I allow myself to wonder?

A kinder mind
A brighter tomorrow

It began with a simple discovery.

To bring something into my life
I don’t have to believe it’s possible.
I can wonder.

Years ago, when I first became interested in how our thoughts impacts our lives, everyone seemed to be talking about affirmations.

I have all the money I need.

There was just one problem. My mind would immediately go:

Really? My bank account says otherwise. 😄

I just couldn’t make myself believe words that didn’t feel true.

So I started turning affirmations into questions:

What would it take for me to have all the money I need?

That felt different. A question gave my mind somewhere to go. It started looking for answers.

But then I discovered something that felt different again.

Wondering didn’t ask me to prove anything or immediately find an answer.

Something inside me seemed to soften and open.

I didn’t have to convince myself.
I didn’t have to know how.
I could simply let myself wonder about the possibility.

And that little discovery became Wonderations.

wonder – live – notice

A simple way to invite in more possibility

Wonder

Open the door to a possibility without needing to prove it, believe it or figure out how it could happen.

Hmmm… I wonder
what it would be like if…?

Live

Release the need to hold onto the thought, solve it, or control what happens next. Then get on with your life.

Smile. Let go.
Continue your day.

Notice

And notice what happens. Perhaps you notice an idea. An answer. An opportunity. A coincidence. Something completely unexpected.

Or maybe nothing at all.
Just …notice

Participant zero

I’m starting again as “Participant Zero”

I created Wonderations more than a decade ago. I wrote a little book about them, created presentations, taught them and collected stories.

And then life happened. Wonderations got tucked away.

Recently, I pulled everything back out — and became completely fascinated by my own creation again.

Not because I still believe everything I wrote or taught back then. I don’t. Some of it I’ve outgrown. Some of it I’m questioning.

But underneath it all, there are things that still make me think:

Hey… I think there’s something here worth looking into!

So this time, I’m not beginning with a method, a course or a big promise.

I’m beginning by living it again.

Wondering
Living my normal life.
Noticing what happens.
…and sharing the interesting bits along the way.

For now, I’m simply curious

I don’t know exactly where Wonderations is going.
…and for once I don’t think I need to.

I’m going to live it, notice what happens, and let the next part reveal itself.

Hmmm… I wonder what will happen next…✨
